Historically, Pacific Ceramics has manufactured
nearly 30 million piece parts for more than 100
customers world-wide using 98 discrete material
compositions. We typically process more than 85
distinct and separate products in a given month,
requiring a dynamic QA system.

bullet Powder batch qualification. Prior to release
for production use, all powder batches are
qualified.

bullet Pressed parts are tested for green density
as a dynamic measure of pressing process
control.

bullet Firing lots are tested for fired density
prior to release for finishing.
 .
bullet Every firing lot is certified as compliant with
our published specifications or customer specifications.
bullet All shipments are subjected to final visual inspection to assure that our workmanship standards are met or exceeded.
bullet A certificate of conformance accompanies each shipment.
